Dan Giannopoulos is a London based freelance travel and documentary photographer. specializing in social and political reportage. with extensive experience as a live music and Band Photographer.
After many years spent traveling extensively in over 30 countries on 6 continents Dan took time out to undertake a BA hons in photojournalism at the London College of Communication. Graduating in 2009 with a First class Honours Degree.
He has taken Part in a number of exhibitions and most recently was selected to exhibit his work at the prestigious Foto8 summer show and Award 2009
In 2009 he was a shortlisted entrant in the Ian Parry Scholarship.
Dan works on regular commissions for 'The Guardian' and his work has been published on MSN, Time.com, 'The Sunday Times Magazine' 'The Observer' 'Photography Monthly' 'Narc', 'NME' and 'Rock Sound' amongst many others.
Dan is available for both national and international assignments.
